SIC ILL's Innovative Style Brings The Masses of Fans In!

While there are a lot of artists out there that continue to push the envelope with their lyrics and the tracks they deliver to the masses, the artist known as SIC ILL continues to push the envelope even further with the unique style and flava of not only his hip hop tracks, but with the production and the animation tracks that he puts together as well.  Not many look to do their own video work with animation, but SIC ILL pushes forward with that.

New Flava, "Blacked Out" by "I" featuring Project Pat and Damas

Dedicated Artist Justin Hibbert, aka "I" continues to bring more fire to the game, and his latest is a follow up single off of his latest bangin' EP, "Initiation" entitled, "Blacked Out".  This track however, is a bit of a different twist from his usual music, and what sets this track off is the different approach and feel to the track that he brings to it.  Even more, "I" has both famous hip hop artist "Project Pat", and reggae sensation "Damas" on this track, which already gives you an idea on the different direction this track proceeds to go in.

I gotta tell you, lately I've been hearing more and more kats bringing the lyrical heat to the table! For me, this is very refreshing, given that the reason I got into making beats to begin with, was due to inspiration from lyrical artists that I grew up listening to in the 90's era of hip hop. When one thinks of electronic music, the thought that probably comes to mind is the scene of a night club and some rhythmic, catchy dance vibe just taking over the club.  Outside of that, not many people probably gave much thought to electronic dance music at all.  But over the years, it has really become much bigger and more intense than some may think or even give it credit for.  And recently, it's growing to even stronger heights than ever imagined!

I often ask myself from time to time, what is it about hip hop that keeps me focused in on it and continuing to network more and more, and to continue to make beats. What is it about hip hop that lets me enjoy it as much as I do, that has me immersed in all of her beauty from head to toe. And when I ask myself that, I'm reminded. Hip Hop Truth - Prosthetik Intelligentz Interview

Busta Rhymes When Disaster Strikes - Classic Joint

Who back in the day was a Busta Rhymes fan? I don't mean a fan of the commercial joints that kept being played over and over on the radio, I mean that real powerful "nod ya head" style? Were you a fan of the Busta Rhymes When Disaster Strikes album? If you were, if you had it, or if you heard it, you'll know that there were some pretty tight tracks on that album, I mean some bring it to ya ears boom bap style hip hop music! Okay, I heard this track on BET's 106 & Park the other day more in depth than I ever allowed myself to listen to before... and I'm really not sure but it just doesn't do it for me.  I know there are so many out there that will stick by this track and call it hip hop music... and maybe it is, or maybe I'm so stuck into the mindset of more of the 90's hip hop era where hip hop lyrics blew me away and the power of hip hop beats and rap instrumentals back then really set the track into motion!  Can any of you all tell me what really makes this track "one of the hottest hip hop tracks ever" as I've heard some people call it?  I don't understand it...

Looking for a more hip hop music / African music fusion feeling?  You'll want to check into the latest album coming up in the near future!  As it appears, the collaboration is in effect to continue forward.  As you may or may not have already seen on the internet, or through other news, the project "Distant Relatives" continues forward, with an extensive track listing set up so far.

When Kelis is broke... no worries, just ask Nas for money.  That appears to be the latest issue going on now with the soon to be divorced couple.  As of late, it appears that Kelis, who is very strapped for cash at this time, plans to simply utilize all of Nas' money for her needs, mainly for their child-to-be.

Sources show from TMZ, that Kelis is flat broke, and needs her current husband Nas to shell out money for baby expenses and other needs.  Sources also say that Kelis has indeed filed her paperwork for petitions to push for spousal support, child support, pregnancy needs, and medical bills in relation to her pregnancy.  After everything is calculated, it may well be over $25,000 in funds that Kelis is going to demand or ask of her soon to be ex-husband.
