I know it's been a bit of time since I've updated the blog site, but
I've been working hard to release a new website in addition to my
already growing
www.genycis.com
website. In addition to creating hip hop, rap, and R&B beats for
sale to upcoming and established rap artists and singers, I've also
been into the design of sounds for as long as I've been making beats,
which has been for a few years now. Of course, we as beat makers and
producers know, that in order to make hott beats, we have to keep our
catalog of sounds growing just as much as we keep our catalog of beats
growing for the artists we cater to.
With that said, I've decided to start up a website called SoundsForBeats.com
to sell some of these instrument sounds for a low low price, rather
than to do as many websites do that sell sound kits and packages. I
have decided to continue using Soundfonts as my file of choice to
create full range instruments from. Rather than to use several WAV
audio files to create the instrument I'm hoping for, and to have to
load up seven different WAV samples to complete one instrument, I
simply cut out the middle man, and create Soundfonts which utilize WAV
files into one file, and allows easier load up onto a Soundfont player
into whatever project you're using. Soundfonts can serve as one SF2
file loaded up to allow you to play the full range of your MIDI
keyboard to complete as a full instrument. So rather than loading "Violin C3″, "Violin G3″, "Violin C4″, "Violin G4″, etc., I can just
load up "Violin" and the Soundfont will be a file created of these WAV
files into one file. Simply put, Soundfonts are easier to use, and can
offer great quality without the complication of having to tweak every
WAV channel you loaded up a Violin sample to.
Plus, with these Soundfonts on SoundsForBeats.com,
I am creating customized Soundfonts that you will not find on other
Soundfont packages you may have bought in the past. I take time and
pride in creating my Soundfonts, and what's more, I take great pride
because I use them in my own beats and instrumentals. I'm not trying
to do a quick "make money" scheme where I sell something I don't even
use or stand behind. I use my sounds to make my beats. And so far,
it's working out well. I've managed to sell beats to several people,
and continue to do so. I've also had a few great testimonials and look
forward to posting more as well. You can go to www.genycis.com
and listen to the beats for yourself, and can also read the
testimonials. Looking to do business with more people as well. And
people are enjoying the fact that the current price is $11.00 per lease
with TWO FREE!!
I plan on releasing more Soundfont sound samples for the website,
and before the end of June, hope to have a large assortment of over 150
different Soundfonts that can be purchased either in a package deal, or
individually, as well as looking to add Drum kits to the page that have
been custom made as well. For all of you that are into making beats,
whether hip hop beats, R&B beats, rap beats, dirty south beats, or
whatever other instrumentals you create, even if movie scores, feel
free to drop by the website at SoundsForBeats.com
and get a jump on the special ONE TIME ONLY Intro Special... over 50+
